Keyboard Shortcuts

It is possible to use keyboard shortcuts for certain functions in the UI.  These shortcuts provide a quick means for playback, pause or even rewind by binding these actions to keyboard combinations.

The list below details the available items that can be bound using the default configurations. 

Note: These shortcuts can be customized by an administrator.

 

KeyBinding_SearchMenuItems=ctrl+shift+f – Places cursor in the Select Menu Item text field.

KeyBinding_PlayOrPause=ctrl+space - Toggles the playback of the audio player.

KeyBinding_ToggleMute=f2 – Toggles the muting of the audio player.

KeyBinding_Rewind=ctrl+left – Rewinds audio for time configured in user preferences.

KeyBinding_Forward=ctrl+right – Fast forwards audio for time configured in user preferences.

KeyBinding_SkipNext=ctrl+end – Skips to the next call.

KeyBinding_SkipPrev=ctrl+home – Skips to the previous call.

KeyBinding_SpeedIncrease=ctrl+up – Increases the speed of playback by intervals of five.

KeyBinding_SpeedDecrease=ctrl+down - Decreases the speed of playback by intervals of five.
